Our guarantee

If your growth system isn’t adding $25,000/month to your store’s revenue by Day 90, you don’t pay the Foundation or Scale fee.

How it’s measured

• Baseline: your average monthly Shopify revenue across the 3 full months before we start.
• Result: your Shopify revenue for the 30 days ending on Day 90.

The guarantee is met when the Result is at least $25,000 above the Baseline. It’s measured once, on Day 90.

Your 7-day build

Day 1 is the day we receive full access to every account we need. By Day 7, your ads, email flows and tracking are live.

Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee:

• Your store is currently doing at least $20,000/month in revenue.
• You can fund a minimum ad spend of $10,000/month for the 90 days.

Your part

The guarantee applies when you:

• Give us full access to all required accounts within 2 days of signing.
• Approve or give feedback on creative within 48 hours.
• Keep ad spend at or above the agreed minimum.
• Keep advertised products in stock.
• Don’t pause or change campaigns, flows or tracking without telling us.

What the guarantee covers

It covers DXGS’s fee for the Foundation and Scale package. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and TikTok and isn’t covered, because those platforms bill you, not us.

If the conditions aren’t met

The guarantee pauses until the condition is met.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

These terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
